Ending of an Era
Last night members of Theatre Strike Force elected a new executive board, and, according to our centuries old tradition, we will have a peaceful, tear-laden transfer of power later this week—but our glorious experiment in democracy will live on! Your new board will introduce themselves sometime later, but until then here's my take on them:

From left to right, first we have your president, Adriana Robles. She put her hair in a bun specifically to be tall and fierce. Watch out for this one.
Then there's Johnny Efstathiades, your well-to-do homeless man/vice president. He's Greek and don't let him forget it.
Next to him that's Devin Lee, who is devin-it-lee going to do a good job as treasurer. Devinitlee. Everyone likes him, which is usually a sign that something is wrong, but I can vouch for him.
That next one is Ishin Iwisaki, your secretary extraordinaire. He's stereotypically good at everything but uncommonly nice about it. He's got big shoes to fill but I understand that Ishin has large feet so that's good.
Last and definitely most important, is your new historian, Vanessa Gutierrez. Historian is not to be messed with, because we can and will erase you from the history books. So to speak. She's been a great photographer this year and we all look forward to what she'll do in her term, carrying the torch and attempting to entertain you folks.
MORE IMPORTANTLY, there's a couple other things going on this week. This Wednesday our usual Academy Show will be instead at the Brew Spot Cafe from 6-8pm. The Facebook event is here.
Lastly here's the poster for our final GatorNights show of the year, the final show for many of our seniors, and the last show in the Orange & Brew (as we know it) ever! EVER. Let that sink in. We'll be honoring our seniors with a special tribute and there'll be lots of teary eyes, so be sure to show up!
Thanks for a great year you all, you've been a great audience, I've been Jonathan good night!
